The inspection team of SJ-MFG consists of over 9 quality engineers, we skillfully use a variety of inspection instruments, such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), 2.5D measuring instruments, roughness tester, hardness tester, height gauges, anodizing layer thickness tester, thread gauge sets, micrometers, and digital calipers, to check the dimensions of CNC parts, thread dimensions, material performance and surface finish data. We can provide detailed 2D size inspection reports, first article inspection (FAI), RoHS certificates, and assembly functional test results according to customer requirements, to support your quality management. We strictly follow the ISO quality certification management process to ensure the professional and rigorous quality inspection of machining, providing strong support for quality assurance.
